1. Only the Health Resources Hub (HRH) holds the right to the distribution and copyright of its Resources (including Assessment Resources and any other resources produced and distributed by the HRH). No HRH Resource or any part thereof is to be issued or passed on by any person to any party inclusive of other schools, practising and non-practising teachers, coaching colleges, tutors, parents, students, publishing agencies or websites without the express written consent of the HRH.
2. HRH Resources must never be provided to or used by any third parties, even for external marking purposes, unless written consent is provided from the HRH.
3. HRH Resources are only licensed for distribution within the purchasing school, and not for distribution outside of the purchasing school. Distribution within the purchasing school may be through photocopying or stored on a password-protected intranet or file server, for use only by teachers and students enrolled in the purchasing school.
4. HRH Resources are not licensed for use in producing other resources for third parties, and are not licensed for use in presentations or professional development sessions for third parties or outside of the purchasing school, unless written consent is provided from the HRH.
5. HRH Resources may not be reproduced or distributed outside of the purchasing school, in part or in whole; including posting on social media and also including for the purpose of external marking.
6. Teachers should make students aware that they are not permitted to distribute HRH Resources to any third parties or platforms outside of the purchasing school.
7. Although every effort will be made to ensure that content is factually correct in HRH Resources, this cannot be guaranteed. It is the responsibility of teachers to review the appropriateness of all HRH Resources for their students, and any special circumstances. HRH does not take responsibility for any material that is inconsistent with the Victorian Curriculum and Assessment Authority’s requirements. If alterations are required to any published or advertised Resource, this will not result in schools being eligible for a refund or being eligible to change an existing order. HRH Resource editions in previous years will be valid for the VCAA Study Design for the year in which they were written.
8. HRH Resources will only be sent once payment or a purchase order has been received. It is the responsibility of schools to ensure that accurate payment is made within the 30 day payment terms.
9. HRH Resources will be emailed to the contact person nominated on the online order form or order form in PDF format.
10. Only one email address will receive the resources pertaining to that order. If multiple emails are included, then only the first email address will receive the resources. It is the responsibility of this person to distribute the resources to any relevant colleagues within the purchasing school. It is the responsibility of the purchasing school and teacher to ensure the email address provided is valid, and that this address will be available to receive the resources when they are distributed.
11. Schools agree to fulfil their payment obligation for all orders. No ‘change of mind’ refunds or credits will be offered once an order has been submitted.
12. No refunds are available to schools if they have not adhered to these Terms and Conditions.
13. HRH resources must not be used as part of any artificial intelligence (AI) platforms, either to train such platforms or produce content. They must not be used with artificial intelligence in any way without express written consent from HRH.
14. Breaching these terms and conditions may lead to legal action being taken against the infringing parties.
15. HRH reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time.
